Commercial Graphics Warranty & Terms – Utah Graphic

Scope of Work

These Warranty & Terms apply exclusively to commercial graphics installed on interior or exterior wall, mural storefront, and business windows for local businesses.

Warranty Coverage

Installation Warranty: 1 year,  and  Material Warranty: 1 year.

The warranty covers material failure or graphic lifting caused by defective material or improper installation performed by Utah Graphic.

Any approved warranty repair will be limited to the affected area only. Full replacement is not guaranteed.

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions, This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper surface preparation not disclosed by the client
  • Pre-existing wall, paint, drywall, glass, or surface conditions
  • Moisture, humidity, water intrusion, or temperature extremes
  • Structural movement, cracking, peeling paint, or failing substrates
  • Damage caused by third parties, cleaning chemicals, pressure washing, or improper maintenance

Utah Graphic is not responsible for graphics failure due to surface conditions beyond our control.

Artwork & Client Responsibility

All artwork is created based on information, images, logos, colors, and instructions provided by the client.  By approving the final artwork digitally, the client confirms that:

  • All content has been reviewed and approved
  • All spelling, layout, colors, and dimensions are correct
  • The client owns or has legal rights to all images, logos, trademarks, and content used, 
  • The client provides information verbally or writing, and this es part of the job/artwork.

Utah Graphic does not verify copyright ownership or licensing. Any legal responsibility related to artwork content remains solely with the client.

Legal Responsibility & Third-Party Claims

Utah Graphic is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or complaints arising from:

  • Unauthorized image or logo usage, copyright or trademark infringement
  • Brand, message, colors, or designs that may be offensive, misleading, or objectionable to third parties

All content is installed strictly as requested and approved by the client. Any legal consequences remain the client’s responsibility.

Final Agreement

Proceeding with installation confirms acceptance of these Warranty & Terms. These terms supersede all prior verbal discussions.

Utah Graphic reserves the right to refuse installation if surface conditions are unsuitable or may compromise results.
