Utah Graphic – Vehicle Wraps & Commercial Graphics
1. GENERAL
These Terms & Conditions apply to all design, printing, and installation services provided by Utah Graphic. By approving a quote, artwork, or scheduling installation, the client agrees to these terms in full.
2. ESTIMATES & PRICING
All prices are estimates unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, surface type, design complexity, material selection, and installation requirements. Any additional work requested after approval may result in additional charges.
3. ARTWORK & DESIGN APPROVAL
All artwork is created based on information, images, logos, and instructions provided by the client.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving final artwork before production.
- Once artwork is approved, Utah Graphic is not responsible for errors, omissions, spelling, layout, or content.
- Design changes after approval may result in additional fees.
All designs are created exclusively for the client. Utah Graphic does not sell or reuse client designs for third parties.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
The client confirms that they own or have legal rights to use all logos, images, trademarks, and content provided.
Utah Graphic is not responsible for:
- Copyright or trademark violations
- Use of unlicensed images or logos
- Legal disputes related to content, messaging, or branding
All legal responsibility for content rests solely with the client.
5. COLOR & MATERIAL DISCLAIMER
Colors may vary between screen previews, printed materials, and installed graphics due to material limitations, lighting conditions, and surface type. Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
6. INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Installation quality depends on surface condition.
Utah Graphic is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, paint failure, rust, body filler, or aftermarket paint
- Adhesion issues caused by poor surfaces, aged paint, or environmental exposure
- Damage caused by removal of old vinyl or graphics
7. WARRANTY
Utah Graphic provides:
- 1-year installation warranty
- 1-year material warranty (manufacturer-backed)
Warranty covers material failure or lifting caused by installation or defective material only.
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, pressure washing, chemicals, car washes, or misuse
- Improper maintenance or environmental exposure
Repairs, if approved, are limited to the affected area only, not full replacement.
8. COMMERCIAL GRAPHICS (WALLS, WINDOWS, MURALS)
For wall wraps, window graphics, and murals:
- Surface preparation and wall condition directly affect adhesion and durability.
- Utah Graphic is not responsible for paint damage, wall texture issues, or surface failure during installation or removal.
- Glass imperfections, tint, or curvature may affect appearance or performance.
9. QR CODES & FUNCTIONAL GRAPHICS
For QR codes or functional elements:
- Utah Graphic does not guarantee scan performance on perforated vinyl, textured surfaces, curved glass, or non-flat substrates.
- QR readability depends on size, contrast, lighting, viewing distance, and material.
- Functional performance is the client’s responsibility once approved.
10. CONTENT & PUBLIC PERCEPTION
Utah Graphic is not responsible if installed graphics, colors, images, or messaging are considered offensive, misleading, or objectionable by third parties. All content is installed as requested and approved by the client.
11. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms are specified in the invoice or agreement. Production may not begin until required deposits or payments are received. Late payments may delay installation or delivery.
12. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once production has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable due to custom materials and labor. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Utah Graphic’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Utah Graphic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
