LIMITED WARRANTY – UTAH GRAPHIC

By proceeding with the installation, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Limited Warranty and that the final artwork has been reviewed and approved prior to production.

Installation Warranty

Utah Graphic provides a one (1) year limited warranty covering installation workmanship only.
This warranty applies exclusively to issues directly caused by improper installation, as determined by Utah Graphic.

Material Warranty (Manufacturer Only)

All vinyl, laminate, and related materials are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty, not by Utah Graphic.

  • Manufacturer material warranties typically cover adhesive failure or peeling under normal use conditions.
  • Warranty duration and approval are entirely determined by the manufacturer.
  • Utah Graphic does not control, influence, or guarantee manufacturer warranty decisions.

Utah Graphic makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Color consistency
  • Gloss or finish
  • Fading or discoloration
  • Shrinkage
  • Material lifespan or performance

All express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

Recommended Care & Maintenance

To help extend the life of your graphics:

  • Hand wash only after 72 hours from installation.
  • Avoid direct pressure on vinyl edges.
  • Keep the vehicle clean to prevent buildup.
  • Do not use abrasive waxes, compounds, or mechanical polishing on vinyl.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme sunlight when possible.

Manufacturers state that, with proper care, vinyl graphics may last up to 5–7 years, depending on environment and usage. This is not a guarantee.

Exclusions & Conditions That Void This Warranty

This warranty becomes null and void if damage results from:

  • Washing the vehicle within the first 72 hours.
  • Automated car washes, rollers, brushes, or pressure applied to vinyl edges.
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasives, degreasers, or non-approved cleaners.
  • Scratches, rock chips, impacts, collisions, vandalism, or extreme weather.
  • Improper handling, modification, peeling, cutting, reheating, or adjustments by any party.
  • Poor surface conditions including wax, dirt, rust, damaged paint, weak clear coat, or improperly cured repaint.
  • Installation over unsuitable, repainted, or naturally low-adhesion surfaces.

Warranty Limitations & Remedies

Utah Graphic’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to:

  • Repair or reinstallation of the affected area only, at Utah Graphic’s discretion.

The following are not covered:

  • Refunds or cash compensation
  • Full vehicle rewraps
  • Additional free labor
  • Loss of use, downtime, or diminished vehicle value

Utah Graphic is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Paint failure or clear coat peeling
  • Vehicle resale value
  • Items left inside the vehicle

Final Notes

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
Any warranty claim must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue.
